Salter Brothers has announced its collaboration with Tokyo Century, which will serve as the investment manager for a joint venture to develop Hotel Indigo Changi Airport in partnership with OUE Limited. This follows Tokyo Century’s recent investment commitment to the project.
The alliance emphasizes Salter Brothers’ focus on investing in premium hospitality projects in major gateway cities. Tokyo Century’s financial backing will be crucial in bringing the Hotel Indigo Changi Airport to life—a stylish lifestyle hotel designed to meet the evolving demands of travelers seeking boutique luxury and authentic local experiences. Located at Singapore’s Changi Airport, the hotel is expected to set new standards for hospitality in the region.
“We are excited to partner with Tokyo Century on their first real estate investment in Singapore,” said Paul Salter, Managing Director of Salter Brothers. “This collaboration aligns with our strategy of investing in high-quality hospitality assets with strong growth potential. Singapore remains a key market for us.”
Rahul Ghai, Managing Director and Head of Asia at Salter Brothers, added, “We are confident that Hotel Indigo Changi Airport will deliver exceptional value to both travelers and investors.”
Tokyo Century’s Deputy President and Executive Officer, Yoichiro Nakai, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, “This development reflects our ongoing commitment to expanding our hospitality presence in dynamic and high-growth markets. We look forward to collaborating with our partners to create a landmark property that exemplifies excellence and innovation.”
