IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has announced the signing of the Garner Hotel Haymarket Edinburgh, set to open in the second half of 2025. This will be the debut of the Garner Hotels brand in Scotland. Located in the heart of Edinburgh, the 195-room hotel is part of Palm Holdings and aims to offer quality stays at an affordable price, catering to travelers seeking reliable, no-frills accommodation.
Launched in 2023, Garner Hotels is IHG’s newest midscale conversion brand, building on the company’s strong presence in the essentials segment across the UK and Ireland. The brand continues to expand across Europe, with 10 hotels already open, including the recently launched Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury, and 51 additional properties in the development pipeline.
Garner Hotel Haymarket Edinburgh will embody the brand’s commitment to delivering quality stays with essential comforts, including a convenient location, comfortable rooms, and a variety of amenities.
