Over 550 industry leaders and guests gathered at the Penfolds Gala Ball to celebrate Western Australia’s accommodation sector and recognize outstanding achievements in service, innovation, and guest experience.
“These prestigious awards highlight the dedication of our state’s hotels and staff, who provide world-class hospitality,” said Bradley Woods, CEO of AHA (WA). “Western Australia’s accommodation sector remains focused on quality, ensuring that visitors from around the world enjoy the best our state has to offer.”
Awards were presented in 25 categories, recognizing hotels, staff, teams, and management. Notable winners included COMO The Treasury, Perth (metro), and Moonlight Bay Suites, Broome (regional), which won the Accommodation Hotel of the Year award. Dario Orsini, general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Perth, was inducted into the 2025 Accommodation Industry Hall of Fame.
“Hotels are the backbone of WA’s tourism and hospitality industry, and it’s wonderful to celebrate the exceptional talent delivering outstanding service while reinforcing WA as a top travel destination,” Bradley Woods added.
