Hotel Preko, the first Hilton property on a Croatian island, will open this May on the island of Ugljan, operating under Hilton’s Curio Collection brand. The announcement was made by Zagreb City Hotels on Thursday.
In addition to managing Hotel Preko, Zagreb City Hotels oversees three Hilton hotels in Zagreb and the Keight Hotel in Opatija.
Josipa Jutt Ferlan, Director of Zagreb City Hotels, explained that the project received partial funding through Croatia’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), with a total investment of €15 million. The hotel is currently in the final stages of furnishing and preparation before its opening.
