Iconica City of Gold promoters, K Murali Krishna and K Saantosh, are set to bring substantial investments and employment opportunities to Andhra Pradesh with their upcoming luxury developments. At a media conference held on Sunday, the duo revealed plans to build five-star hotels in Visakhapatnam and Tirupati, marking the beginning of an ambitious expansion in the state.
The Iconica City project will feature an upscale township near Rushikonda IT Hills, offering 180 exclusive villas ranging in size from 4,500 to 10,000 square feet. The first phase of development will also include commercial complexes, convention centers, premium apartments, and IT towers, creating a comprehensive and modern living and working space.
A key highlight of the event was the announcement that Tridandi Chinna Jeeeyar Swamy will lay the foundation stone for the Iconica City project on April 24. The promoters emphasized that this development will not only attract significant investment to the region but also provide numerous job opportunities in allied sectors, contributing to local economic growth.
