The most notable growth occurred in the early planning phase, where the number of projects increased by 10%, and room numbers rose by 13% compared to the previous year. Currently, there are 2,938 projects and 340,823 rooms in the early planning stage, reflecting a positive outlook for the future of the hotel construction industry.
